New Day Foster Home: Actualización de Julia - Junio 2008

Dear Friends, We hope this note finds you doing well, and that you enjoy reading this month's update.
Julia is 4 Years 4 Months Old.
Julia seems to have fallen in love with beautiful clothes and dresses.
She loves to have multiple braids in her hair, and she loves looking at herself in the mirror to see all the braids and bright hairbows. She is most satisfied when she has at least 4-5 separate braids in her hair. She is fond of puzzles. She does a wonderful job with them, whether they are easy or hard. She can also string pearls together, but her newest hobby is bouncing balls with 2 hands. She knows 6 different colors both in Chinese and English, and she can count from 1 to 10 in both Chinese and English. She loves to color pictures right now, and she is very good at it. She is very particular and careful about staying in the lines. She is such a clever little girl. This month has been a big month for Julia! She just went to live with a foster family. They love her very much, and she is thrilled to have her own home. The other children went to her house, which is very close, for a visit, and Julia proudly showed them all around.If you ever have any questions, please let us know. Julia tiene 4 años y 4 mesesA Julia parece que le han enamorado la ropa bonita y los vestidos. Le encanta llevar múltiples coletas en el pelo y le encanta mirarse en el espejo para ver todas su trenzas y horquillas de colores. Se siente satisfecha cuando lleva al menos 4 ó 5 coletas en el pelo. Le gustan mucho los puzles y los hace estupendamente bien, dando lo mismo que sean fáciles o difíciles. También sabe enfilar collares de cuentas, pero su nuevo hobby es botar una pelota con las dos manos. Ya sabe decir 6 colores distintos tanto en chino como en inglés y sabe contar hasta 10 en ambos idiomas. Le encanta pintar y es muy buena haciéndolo. Es muy particular y cuidadosa de no salirse de la raya de un dibujo. Es una niña muy inteligente. Este mes ha sido un gran mes para Julia. Se ha ido a vivir con una familia de acogida. La quieren mucho y está encantada de tener su propia casa. Los otros niños fueron a visitarla ya que está su casa muy cerca del orfanato, y Julia orgullosa les enseñó la zona
